What day of the month will my donation come out of my account?

Your donation can recur on any day of the month. It’s up to you! Simply reach out to Kristen Sibori at ksibori@ijstaging.wpengine.com or at (703) 682-9320 ext. 249 if you’d like to specify a particular day of the month for us to process your donation.

Can I cancel my monthly donations?

What if I need to change my credit card information or giving amount?

All you have to do is let us know, and we’ll make sure the update is implemented.

Will I still receive a tax receipt?

We will send an end of year statement summarizing your gifts in January of each year.  If you’d prefer to get a thank you letter each month, just let us know.
