Rose Quinlan is a Research Assistant at the Institute for Justice. She supports the Strategic Research team by performing literature reviews, cleaning and analyzing data, and doing other research-related tasks.
Rose is from Buffalo, New York, and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2024 with a degree in Economics and Great Books. Prior to joining IJ, she worked as an AmeriCorps associate with a nonprofit lending and financial counseling agency in Chicago.
