Josh Fox is a Litigation Fellow at the Institute for Justice.
Josh received his law degree with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2022, where he served as Executive Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. He graduated, summa cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in 2019 with a BA in Geology and Anthropology.
Before joining IJ, Josh was an associate at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Georgia. He clerked for the Honorable Ryan T. Holte of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC.
