Institute for Justice Receives Walton School Choice Award

In May, the Institute for Justice became the first organization to receive the prestigious John T. Walton Champions for School Choice Award, which is presented annually by the Alliance for School Choice. The award, which was presented to IJ by previous Walton Award recipient Bill Oberndorf, is presented to prominent leaders in the school choice movement for groundbreaking and dedicated work for America’s children. The plaque, presented to IJ, now hangs in the school choice wing at our national headquarters in Arlington, Va.
