Naomi Simon

Recruiting Project Coordinator

Naomi joined the Institute for Justice in September 2023 and serves as the Recruiting Project Coordinator. In this role, she plays a key part in IJ’s mission to recruit top talent, including everything from candidate screening to research initiatives. Naomi manages the full lifecycle of hiring Litigation Fellows, guiding the process from initial application to the offer stage.

Before joining IJ, Naomi interned in campus recruiting for MBA students at McKinsey & Company, where she supported efforts to identify and engage top graduate-level talent.

In addition to her recruiting work, Naomi collaborates with IJ’s communications team to create social media video content, helping to share the organization’s mission and impact with a broader audience. She also assists the student programs and events team to ensure all events run smoothly.

She earned both her B.S. in Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) and her M.B.A. from the University of Florida, making her a “Double Gator.”

Naomi also has an enthusiasm for celebrations, especially birthdays.
